You may return your items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and seals intact.

Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, tested, or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

For the return or exchange of Zorinxa products purchased from an authorized third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly to follow their specific return and exchange process.
4. How to Start a Return

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your items arrive damaged, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. To process a claim:

Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at dublinsexton@gmail.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and your order number. We will promptly investigate the shipment and ensure the missing item is sent to you immediately.
