To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please enter all information using English characters only. If your address contains non-English letters, please use the closest English equivalent (for example, change "ç" to "c").

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please review your shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase. We are unable to revise your shipping address once an order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a permanent residential address to avoid any potential delivery delays.

7. How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?

Please note that Zorinxa is not responsible for delays caused by local customs departments.
